Find counseling, find therapy, find your way.
Your journey towards personal empowerment and freedom starts now. I will help you build the skills to overcome your struggles and realize your authentic self. I believe everyone has capacity for positive growth. My goal is to provide you with a genuine, empathic, and safe space to allow you to tap into your innate power for growth and development.
Our early childhood experiences and attachment styles shape our personality and behavior. I will work with you on your past relationships to help you gain insight into your current life and to use that insight to reduce daily stress.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, California. My experience includes working with a diverse group of children, adults, and adolescents in the areas of relationships, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, coping skills, and emotional regulation. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Are you a recent immigrant or refugee who is facing a culture shock? Are you struggling with finding a balance between the two cultures? Have you been through any traumatic event in your home country? If you answer yes to any of these questions, I am here to help you. My personal challenges and experiences with immigration in my early twenties have made me passionate about serving immigrants with the process of acculturation, adaptation, and identity formation.
I am currently accepting clients via Telehealth only throughout California. I offer sessions in Arabic and French, in addition to English.
