About Me
With each client, I will work together with them to support their relationships, work and life structure, and overall dreams. One of our shared goals will often include the client finding the freedom in recognizing and honoring their authentic and true self.
I will integrate my life experience into session as a parent and an entrepreneur into the counseling. What our primary focus will always be, however, will be establishing and charting a course of treatment that works uniquely for the client.
Our collaboration will be tailored to your needs. I am trained in trauma work, using EMDR. I also work with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Attachment Focused Work, and Values Centered Therapy. Often, Drama or Expressive Art or Narrative Therapy can be a useful approach toward your healing. Our focus will always be to find an approach that works for you.
