Hi, I’m Jeanette, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am so glad you are here. I have come to know that no one makes their way to my bio without matters of deep importance to them, and I look forward to the possibility of hearing about what matters so much to you at this point that you would make your way here.
My work is rooted in the ethics of curiosity and possibility: together we’ll explore the stories you tell about yourself, your relationships, and your life. I believe stories shape how we see the world — and by noticing, questioning, and re-authoring those stories, new possibilities and relief can emerge. My approach is curious, collaborative, and focused on helping people reclaim agency, deepen connection, and create more life-giving narratives.
I aim to create an environment of openness in my therapeutic work with couples, families, teens, children, and individuals.
I am passionate about diversity and inclusion and seek to provide a safe and affirming therapeutic experience where all relationships and identities are valid. I believe in the potential of transformational healing, human resilience, and growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the yoga and wellness field. That background informs a holistic, body-aware approach—bringing attention to how bodily experience, breath, and relational patterns intersect with personal stories and healing. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices alongside relational therapeutic work.
I am EMDR trained and offer EMDR for individuals who want to reprocess distressing memories and reduce the hold those experiences have on daily life.
If you’re looking for a narrative-centered, holistic, and affirming space to explore change, please reach out. I offer a free, 15-minute, no-obligation consultation to see if we are a good fit.
